The staff are the best! At both our stays, they readily accommodated our checkin requests - the first when we asked for an early checkin when we fled the horrible Super 8 down the road, and the second when my husband and I had to combine our trips at the last minute and they gave me a fee-free last-minute cancellation. The cleaning staff was super-friendly and readily agreed to schedule service for us in the afternoon instead of morning. There is excellent coffee available 24/7 in the lobby.

We have very old and dear friends living in Bethlehem PA. This was the first time that we stayed at the Fairfield Inn while visiting them. It was such a good choice! Our room was clean and comfortable. We received a gift bag with water and snacks when we checked in. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available in the lobby. Then we discovered how great breakfast was in the morning! There was a wonderful assortment of items, both hot and cold. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of tables and chairs. Someone was there to refill things and keep the area neat. We had a really great stay at the Fairfield Inn and plan on making it our first choice for our next visit.

Hotel staff-SUPER Polite—Extrrmely helpful- Jonathan and front desk personnel were very hospitable. The kitchen staff at breakfast ( a gentleman) kept that buffet hot and stocked and the cafeteria was immaculately clean. He was very polite and accommodating. Stayed 2nites-am really not pleased with the room being tended to every 2 days-the housekeeper I spoke with was very nice and polite-Not pleased with this trend in the hotel business.m,as rates still increase with less amenities. The TV -old and dated and should be updated.

The atmosphere was great. It is in a great location. The staff was wonderful and pleasant. They work very hard. The food was a variety.

The staff was always pleasant when entering and exiting the hotel. The staff during breakfast hours were happy and pleasant. The room was smaller than anticipated but it was clean. Didn’t have any complaints. The hotel was clean throughout. It is about 15 minutes away from Dorney Park (the reason for our trip). There were lots of malls, restaurants, movie theatre, and stores in the near vicinity.

The property is centralized in a great place, because it’s near the airport and near a closet that is in walking distance where you can go to CVS, Applebee’s, a deli, and Bank of America to name a few. Marriott is always clean and the facilities are great. The breakfast is better than most with waffles, bagels, toast, muffins, you name it. you can’t go wrong with a Marriott.

we have never stayed at a Fairfield Inn. This hotel will become our “go to” in the future. We loved it! We were staying to go to Wind Creek Event Center for two concerts. Thus location is extremely easy to get to,and a quick drive to the concerts. The breakfast was substantial and delicious and hot. The staff were efficient and professional. I do not have a single complaint. We will stay here for all our concerts at the Wind Creek!

Good breakfast choices. Staff was very friendly. Our room smelled like wet socks and the staff changed us without any problems and were still able to keep our 2 rooms together.
